Research
Neurite Morphology Analysis

I developed a neurite analysis pipeline that integrates semantic segmentation into the analysis procedure to enhance quantitative image characterization. The pipeline reduces analysis time to one minute per image, one-tenth of the original manual processing time.[Read more]
Design and implementation of object detection algorithm based on spiking neural network

I developed a spike-vision dataset conversion pipeline for COCO, PASCAL VOC, and proprietary datasets, thereby facilitating the efficient training of spiking neural networks. Furthermore, I implemented and optimized algorithms for the conversion from artificial neural networks (ANN) to spiking neural networks (SNN) for object detection tasks, with a primary focus on enhancing the efficiency of spike-based inference.[Read more]
Ranking-Aware Contrastive Learning with Large Language Models

This project explores the use of a contrastive learning framework combined with ranking knowledge to enhance the generation and retrieval of sentence embeddings, aiming to more accurately identify the most similar sentences in in-context learning scenarios. Subsequent experiments tested various ranking strategies within the contrastive learning framework, yielding novel insights and conclusions.[Read more]
